🧩 Problem & Goal

The technical team at AXL lacked clear documentation on internal workflows and interdepartmental collaboration. As a result, team members often spent excessive time figuring out responsibilities and processes instead of focusing on their core tasks.

Goal: Systematize knowledge and implement standardized processes to accelerate onboarding, reduce communication overhead, and improve task execution speed.

Key steps:

  1. Identified critical workflows and communication gaps across departments.
  2. Conducted interviews with stakeholders and specialists from 5+ departments to map current processes and pain points.
  3. Created process diagrams in Miro and drafted playbooks in Notion.
  4. Aligned drafts with the technical team and presented them for leadership approval.
  5. Built a centralized, accessible Notion knowledge base and facilitated a company-wide onboarding session.

My role: sole executor — led the entire initiative from research to delivery.
