The company launched a new service: building automated sales funnels in Telegram based on its internal EdTech platform.
As a Project Manager in the Professional Services department, my goal was to ensure timely technical delivery and help clients onboard and operate their funnels independently.

- Trained client ready to use the funnel autonomously

Key steps:
- Structured content and planned delivery timelines
- Set up Telegram bots, products, tags, and funnel logic
- Integrated with LMS (AXL) and internal tools
- Tested, debugged, and trained clients for independent use
My role:
- Managed a team of 3 tech specialists
- Coordinated with the content team, ensured deadlines
- QA’d each funnel and led all client communication
- Created reusable docs: checklists, funnel maps, tutorials
